Truthbook folks, what a beautiful presentation. Thank you so much for the uplifting and spirit-filled message. I will be sure to forward it to many.
I noticed that you did not credit the music and have it listed as unknown. You may want to know that you are playing "Ave Verum Corpus" by William Byrd (c. 1543-1623). It is considered to be one of his finest works. I've sung it many times. The last line always moves me and sets it apart from Mozart's "Ave Verum Corpus" in my opinion: O Dulcis, O pie, O Jesu fili Mariae, miserere mei" which means "O sweet, O merciful, O Jesus, Son of Mary, have mercy upon me." The chorus sings "miserere mei" (have mercy on me) several times in a passionate plea which is what makes this piece tug at my heart strings.
