There's a study on the Truthbook.com website named War and Peace ( http://truthbook.com/urantia/war-and-peace ) which analyzes peace from a UB perspective and concludes that there will be lasting peace on this world, but only after the life and teachings of Jesus are absorbed into the hearts of everyone. We can have a relatively peaceful world with nearly everyone living harmoniously but as long as there are even just a few people who don't know Jesus they will be the cause for war and strife. That doesn't mean that everyone is to become Christian -- the Christian Church will have to change as well. The various religions can exist together as long as Jesus' teachings are understood and followed by all.

And this is one of the factors that make me love the Urantia Book so much.

To know and live his teachings as experienced interiorly, it really helps to receive them "from the outside" - by way of some form of "Truth-Telling" medium (as in all definitions of that word, except as in "one claiming to to be in contact with the dead" -ugh).

The Urantia Book is the only literature I've come across that gives Jesus' teachings in an organized, deeply detailed, entirely accessible way.
