If it does, you would have to be there to see it. Paradise Area is encircled by the the Central Universe of Havona. Surrounding Havona is an "enormous belt of dark gravity bodies".
"These dark gravity bodies neither reflect or absorb light; they are nonreactive to physical-energy light, and they so completely encircle and enshroud Havona as to hide it from view of even near-by inhabited universes of time and space".

In another paper they point the direction towards Paradise from us as looking towards the Sagittarius Sector .... but neither Havona, much less the Central Isle of Paradise would ever be visible from outside Havona by any means ..... due to the above Dark Gravity Body Belt.
