I've never been able to confirm Daligastia's whereabouts but I suspect he is still here with Caligastia. There are no other rebels of any kind still on Urantia. I suspect each one time Planetary Prince who joined the rebellion may also remain on their worlds of assignment but, again, no confirmation.
