Interesting question
Like Maryjoe, I find no reference to golden lamp stands.
However, in the course of history there have been many wonderful analogies, perhaps like this one.
I would suggest perhaps that the Urantia Book expands upon your story in several ways, including the idea that a progressive evolutional planetary change will eventually lead to the age of light, rather than a set of keys to a set of lamp stands.
I see your keys and lamp (and their stands) as more metaphors than objects.
As to the physical location, well, why not Russia? Time is long, and evolution is uncertain, it could well be, in the ages to come that the final chapter is written in that place.
