The Fellowship and Urantia Association International are both membership organizations which frequently cosponsor events and programs and share some membership support projects - like the Study Group Guide, etc. Each is organized differently and has distinct priorities but share in the effort to disseminate the UB and its teachings and provide readership support services and are supported by donations and volunteers for many projects and committees.
The Foundation is likewise a registered nonprofit organization but not membership oriented. A Board of Trustees is charged with the printing, publication, translation, and public distribution of the Papers in book and digital and audio formats (in about 20 languages I think). They do also support and cooperate with both the Fellowship and Association in many events and projects.

The Urantia Book that you can read and listen to on both of these websites is one and the same book. In the past few years, an effort was undertaken to standardize the text of The Urantia Book, and this was undertaken through Urantia Foundation’s initiative. The standardization had mostly to do with the page/paper/section/paragraph referencing. That standardization is now complete."

There certainly were some very human growing pains and disputes decades ago that were eventually and mostly resolved over time by renewed focus on shared priorities and successful bridge building by many faithful servants and servant leaders. It's been a long and winding road!
