Every thing about the book is telling us that we “can” know God.
That we don’t have to settle with blind faith in the Divine, but that we can have a knowing of the dynamic presence of God in our lives.

It is our journey to awaken our selve through the dim perspective of belief to the full awareness of God as reality.

So much of the book tells us what we can do to awaken and the biggest hurdle I believe is the discipline it takes to achieve those goals.

Every thing from the Psychic Circles to the plea of the Thought Adjusters.

Anyone else see this?

I do agree. Nice to have your voice back here again J. Barry!!

I find several purposes in the selected contents with yours being the most important - the personal religious experience of finding God within.

Some others, all of which also support and advance this same objective, include: expanding the personal and collective perspectives of universe realities including Deity, providing empirical evidence claims and markers to give objective proofs of the factual knowledge contained in the UB over coming generations including historical and biological and atomic and astronomical data, to provide a far more complete and compelling portrait of the Master and the Jesusonian Gospel, to reduce confusions and eliminate the errors of beliefs and philosophies and focus the lens of human perspective to cosmological realities, and to generally provide our world a grand sense of reassurance of God's love and certain controls in this friendly universe.

177:2.4 “Your young friend Amos believes this gospel of the kingdom just as much as you, but I cannot fully depend upon him; I am not certain about what he will do in the years to come. His early home life was not such as would produce a wholly dependable person. Amos is too much like one of the apostles who failed to enjoy a normal, loving, and wise home training. Your whole afterlife will be more happy and dependable because you spent your first eight years in a normal and well-regulated home. You possess a strong and well-knit character because you grew up in a home where love prevailed and wisdom reigned. Such a childhood training produces a type of loyalty which assures me that you will go through with the course you have begun.”

Thank FanoVan, I like many here have had the UB for many years and pondered many time how can I/we do our part to keep the Domino effect going of heading to human race towards the Era of Lifht and Life, and as Sela posted, a good point is made that if we can guarantee future children healthy home raise at least the first few crucial year in loving stable home, the world could be a completely different place.

I believe there are stages to God awareness.

1 blind faith or simply seeking God
1a. The realization you must look within.

Part of the success to this has to do with the Spirit of True Christ blanketed the Earth with after his resurrection .
As well as our Thought adjusters aid.

Many times in a humans life they will experience problem solving moments which to varying degrees will cause stress or anxiety .
They may even pray about such issue and at some point let the issue go to lessen the worrying over it, and one day out of the blue not even thinking of the issue the answer pops in to their head.
Now this can easily be ignored and simply seen as finely having fingered it all out on their own,... in my life it happened to many time to not finally seeing how once I got out of my own way the sources of divine helper were able to aid me in my journey.

2. The slow awareness of Grace, that force that seems to aid in life out side of logical cause and affect.
The more it happens the more blind faith turns into belief.

3. Service work... it changes the dynamic in how our spirit helper aid us and how they can reviel God to us.
Once we become slightly sensitive to such leading it begins to grow.

4. Spiritual awareness.
The more we choose to develop these insights the more we grow.

It is an accumulative effect. And the beginning of a transformation.

We begin to develop values and meaning we become loyal to and act appon.
The action we take in our lives feed the transformation also aided by prayer and worship practices.

We choose to changes and shape our character to align with the newly discover values which in turn opens us up to forces of ever growing progress.

If continued at some point belief become a knowing because the experiential evidence is to obvious to ignore.

5. Now there is another awakening but not as common, it is spoken of in the UB.
Profound revelations usually after traumatic events. They cause a state of such humbleness that the individuals senceraty is primed for an awakening. A God knowing experience that forever changes their life.

Agreed...there are moments of satori to be sure....momentous insights of brilliant clarity and profound meaning which can have a real propulsion and power effect to our spiritualization and religious experience. But experiential wisdom takes time. We have to make enough choices that they become reflexively righteous and naturally responsive to situations and circumstances we encounter...and that is then texted by more extreme and stressful events, including disappointment, failure, and suffering.

156:5.17 The measure of the spiritual capacity of the evolving soul is your faith in truth and your love for man, but the measure of your human strength of character is your ability to resist the holding of grudges and your capacity to withstand brooding in the face of deep sorrow. Defeat is the true mirror in which you may honestly view your real self.

And yes...faith becomes transformed into assurance which receives both the experiential and empirical evidence to make way for certainties which are born in faith but sustained and expanded and actualized into something far more.

Well said J Berry!

The fourth revelation is about finding God, entering the kingdom by faith, brotherly and fatherly love.
The ruged truths of the fifth revelation are here for social reasons. The framework to build and evolve a successful civilization is built into the text.
Finding God can be blissful but finding out what our guardian angels have in store for us is the hammer anvil scenario.
Think about this too: The fifth revelation introduces humanity to God the Mother, God the Supreme for the first time.
We dedicate our will to God the father but we dedicate our minds to God the mother.
We not only need to be something we need to do something.
"It is regretable that so few people take the time to develop -----"
IMHO.
