GAIA Survey - Data Release 3
Native Milky Way observers are abuzz with excitement about the 3rd set of data from the GAIA survey, released last week (June 13, 2022). One feature expected from this release is clarification of the curious motions of many apparent INTERNAL clusters identified in the previous release. Such internal "wheels-within-wheels" are neither predicted nor observed in "normal" spiral galaxies, hence the interest. Current working theory involves mergers of many dwarf galaxies.
However, given the best efforts of BILLIONS of Associate Power Directors (and countless Centers and Controllers -- see Paper 29), a more interesting alternative involves ceaseless "minor-sector" micro-management:

Assuming that it DOES take billions of associate power directors and their teams to set up and maintain a thousand minor sectors in a single spiral disk, then it will NOT be surprising to find NO such structures in the UN-organized spirals outside of the ORGANIZED grand universe...
From the Foreword, page 1:

From Paper 12, section 1:

As we move from within, from the divine center outward in any one direction, we do, eventually, come to the outer limits of the ORGANIZED and inhabited creation; we come to the outer limits of the grand universe. And from Paper 188, section 3:

But there are those in the universe who hold that this soul-identity of Jesus now reposes in the "bosom of the Father," to be subsequently released for leadership of the Nebadon Corps of the Finality in their undisclosed destiny in connection with the uncreated universes of the UNORGANIZED realms of outer space." ( 188:3.8)
But this GAIA data (and a working JWST!) are just the warm-up. In 2027, astronomers will have this: ESO's Extremely Large Telescope (ELT). This 40 meter eye-on-the-sky will use the little JWST as target finder (Wiki link).
