My sister-in-law Amy has had M.S. for years, and still goes to work almost every day with my brother.
I wish she could be healthy again. Any prayers very welcomed by her.

[this is the 3rd post i realized i may have violated forum rules by going in the direction of subject matter regarding communication with entities. sorry, it was not intentional. i looked at the rules again, after i had done the 3 posts, and didn't want to delete them. i will be more careful in time...

i partly agree with some of the superstition. i did hear dogs bark and howl for awhile after an entity she spirit came through the sky. yes, but haven't read it. but, save your money: simply find a quiet place to relax. no, your posture/position do not matter much. simply breathe gently in and out. you can count breaths if you wish, or not. let positive and negative thoughts come and go. eyes can be open or shut, there are no rules....

I also appreciate the consistency of the Urantia Book. Man-made? I never thought so.
